Eggs Benedict Strata PDF Print E-mail

4 English Muffins
1/2 cup diced Canadian Bacon
5 oz frozen Asparagus cuts, thawed and drained
3 Eggs, slightly beaten  
1 3/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1 pkg Hollandaise Sauce mix or from scratch

Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray.  Cover pan with half of English muffin cubes. Layer Canadian Bacon and Asparagus over cubes, top with remaining cubes.

Combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt.  Pour over strata. 

Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight. 

Bake uncovered, 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 10 min.

Serve with Hollandaise sauce.
